After the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the threats to women's right to choose are no longer theory. It is now up to each state to safeguard this right. The abortion ban Brian Kemp signed into law in 2019 makes it a crime to have an abortion after six weeks of pregnancy. This is currently being fought legally.  If he wins, Georgia women will lose their right to choose — before most even know they are pregnant
